Property Analyst

We’re seeking a Property Analyst to drive strategic insights, portfolio reporting, and market analysis across our key operating markets. You'll support the development and management of a national sales pipeline while identifying risks and opportunities based on economic trends, property movements, and competitor activity.
With strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and initiative, you’ll translate complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional collaboration to support business success.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyse key property market, economic, social and company account data to inform organisational strategy and commercial decision-making
- Monitor tenancy movements across office, health, retail, hotel, and event sectors to identify market trends
- Collaborate and set processes and cadence in place with the Commercial Team, to understand and document the sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain a competitor tracking system that informs proactive and reactive operational strategies.
- Apply mapping and modelling techniques to communicate market trends and pipeline opportunities in clear and accessible formats.
- Maintain accurate, usable data to answer ad-hoc requests on market conditions and the status of the sales pipeline.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key data points, ensuring insights are clear and actionable.
- Elevate internal reporting to an executive standard.
- Work closely with the Revenue Team to leverage data insights and uncover revenue opportunities.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in property analysis.
- Open to ad-hoc interstate travel, as required to collaborate across a national portfolio.
- Maintain a full driver’s licence and personal vehicle to visit and observe the car parks.
ABOUT YOU:
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, market reporting, or a related role, ideally in commercial property.
- Strong stakeholder management, business partnering, and reporting capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and mapping tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Ability to assess and interpret the built and physical environment through fieldwork.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property, Economics, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
