ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Premium Sydney CBD Site
- Full-time permanent role
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Lead a team of Security Officers at a premium cooperate site, ensuring smooth operations and high performance across your designated site. As the key link to State Operations Management, you’ll oversee administration, training records, and reporting. Set the standard in security leadership, acting as the first point of contact while safeguarding people and property to maintain a safe and secure environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Team Management
- Communicate expectations and priorities.
- Provide timely support and development opportunities for team members.
- Conduct inductions, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
- Recognize and reward strong performance while managing underperformance fairly.
- Promote a positive, inclusive site culture with open communication.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all contractual obligations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain and enhance site processes, reducing waste and inefficiencies.
Security & Safety Management
- Monitor and authorize entry/exit of employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Conduct targeted and random patrols to prevent unauthorized access or security breaches.
- Inspect and maintain security systems, building controls, and communication equipment.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and safety incidents.
- Liaise with emergency services when required and document incidents accurately.
Compliance & Professionalism
- Adhere to and enforce site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations, and company policies.
- Act with integrity and professionalism, representing Wilson Security and its clients positively.
- Ensure a safe work environment, following Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines.

- Proven Leadership: Experience managing security teams, identifying service gaps, and driving improvements.
- Customer Service Excellence: Builds strong relationships, understands client needs, and ensures high satisfaction.
- Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for reports, incident descriptions, and instructions.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Quickly assesses situations, applies logic, and implements effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments, handling various tasks, responsibilities, and teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold a valid NSW security license
