About the role:
- Location: Sydney
- Pay rates: Varies Levels 3, 4 & 5 available
- Shifts/Hours: 12 hr shifts and 8 hr shifts
- Number of staff required: 5-10 Casuals, 2 Full time Relievers
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client
- Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Alarm monitoring and response
- Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
- Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
- Providing support to tenants and Facilities
- Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
- Responding to emergency situations
- Contractor management duties
- Ad-hoc duties
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain resilience within a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a rotating roster with 24/7 availability
- Experience using Fire (FIP & EWIS) and Security Systems (CCTV, Access, Control) will be highly regarded
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Australian Citizen
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
- Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)
- Valid NSW Driver’s License
- Valid NSW Security License
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NV1 & Baseline Clearance is highly desirable
