ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

•            Location: Artarmon, NSW

•            Full Time Opportunity available

•            Weekday and weekend 24/7 shifts available

•            12 hour shifts available

•            SSIA Level 4

 

 

Wilson Security is expanding in the (STATE), securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

 

This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

 

These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.

 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

•            Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client

•            Proactively monitoring CCTV and Access Control Systems

•            Alarm monitoring and response

•            Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk

•            Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification

•            Providing support to tenants and Facilities

•            Managing contractors and deliveries

•            Responding to emergency situations

•            Contractor management duties

•            Ad-hoc duties

 

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

•            Strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain resilience within a fast-paced environment

•            Intermediate computer skills

•            Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

•            Positive attitude

•            Must possess a professional presentation

•            Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

•            Highly responsible and reliable

•            Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

•            Ability to work a rotating roster with 24/7 availability

•            Experience using Fire (FIP & EWIS) and Security Systems (CCTV, Access, Control) will be highly regarded

 

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

 

•            Strong Customer Service Skills

•            Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports

•            Demonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)

•            Valid NSW Driver’s License

•            Valid NSW Security License

•            Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
