We are currently looking for highly motivated individuals to fill key positions within our rapidly growing self-storage portfolio. The role available is for a permanent full-time Territory Manager responsible for multiple Facilities on the Central Coast. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering excellence in customer service
• Driving sales performance
• Effective management of the Facilities within the Territory 
• Maintaining high presentation standards

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Customer service, retail industry experience, and small/medium business beneficial
• Polite manner, friendly and confident with face-to-face customer service
• Strong sales and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Comfortable working with KPIs and are results-driven
• Professional presentation, work ethic and behaviour
• Experience in People Management
• Well organised & use of initiative
• Competent in general computer skills
• Must be prepared to work full-time Monday-Friday and be available

Suitable candidates will have experience in small/medium business, customer service and sales, and people management, as well as proven organisational, system, and administration skills and the ability to work cooperatively within a team and autonomously as required.
