- SHIFTS – 5AM – 11:30PM ROTATING SHIFTS (MONDAY – SUNDAY)

JOB SUMMARY:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage parking facilities at client locations.
- Park customer vehicles safely and securely.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and attractiveness of parking areas.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on car park performance.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Unrestricted NSW driver’s licence.
- Previous experience in a customer service role delivering excellent service.
- Previous face-to-face customer service.
- The ability to be flexible and available to work on weekends.
- Professional presentation.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Desire to learn and grow within the company.
