Parking Attendant – Part Time

Location: Wellington Airport, Wellington

We are currently recruiting for a Part-time Parking Attendant based at Wellington Airport. 

 

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position working:

  • Saturday & Sunday
  • 5:00am – 1:00pm
  • 15 hours per week

Pay Rate

  • $24.42 per hour

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent customer service skills + experience

  • Good communication skills

  • Excellent work ethic

  • The ability to work unsupervised

  • Full drivers licence

  • General computer skills

 

Duties include:

Parking Services Kiosk

  • Providing customer service, including assistance with parking inquiries (ticket processing, booking queries, providing directions and processing payments)

  • Responding to intercom/ phone calls directed to the Parking Services Kiosk

  • Monitoring and investigating queries via CCTV

  • Logging escalations with airport operations where necessary
