Parking Attendant in Wellington - Part time

About the role: We are looking for a Part-time Parking Attendant based at Wellington Airport. 

The role is permanent 22.5 hours per week. Friday, Saturday and Sunday 1pm - 9pm

Pay rate is $24.42 per hour

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent customer service skills + experience
• Good communication skills
• Excellent work ethic
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Full drivers licence
• General computer skills

Duties include:

• Reception duties within the Valet Service drop-off and pick-up areas in conjunction with Valet Concierge and Valet Supervisor - telephone and customer face to face engagement 
• Encourage repeat visitation by providing excellent pro-active service to customers by anticipating customer needs and responding quickly to resolve any problems.
• Check-in of customers vehicles at Valet drop-off area 
• Photographing vehicles in conjunction with Valet Concierge to record condition at time of check-in.
• Processing of Valet Parking Service payments as required.
• Transport, parking, and retrieval of customers vehicles at the car parks within the Valet Area.
• Transport of customers vehicles to and from the vehicle grooming area as required.
• Having customers vehicles ready on the Red-Carpet pick-up area at the customers scheduled arrival time.
